What materials do you use?

METALS
We work exclusively with solid goldnever plated, nor filled. Our pieces are typically crafted in 14K, 18K, and 24K gold, though we are not limited to these karats.

STONES
We use genuine gemstones and diamonds in all ready-made designs. For custom pieces, we offer both lab-grown and earth-mined diamonds, with the option to request GIA or IGI certified stones. If you have any other stone preferences, just let us know—we’ll do our best to source them for you.

The specific materials used in each product will always be clearly listed in the product specifications.

Can I have something custom made?

Yes, we do! We’d love to create something special just for you.

What is the lead time for a bespoke or made-to-order piece?

Our production lead time is typically 1–3 weeks, depending on the number of orders in queue. Please note that this does not include delivery time.

If you need your piece sooner, reach out to us. We’ll do our best to accommodate rush requests.

How can I find my ring and bracelet size?

For the most accurate measurements, we recommend visiting your nearest jewelry store and asking them to measure your ring and bracelet sizes.

If that’s not possible, feel free to reach out to us. We can guide you through measuring at home or send you a sizing guide.

Do you offer repairs or restoration?

Yes, we do offer repair and restoration services. However, this depends on the condition and type of the piece and is subject to inspection.

Are all available items listed in the website?

Not all of our designs are listed online, as our main business is wholesale and we carry a wider selection beyond what you see on the website. If you're looking for something specific, feel free to reach out—we’ll do our best to source it for you. We also offer Hong Kong settings and high jewelry pieces. Just let us know your preferences or requirements, and we’ll see how we can assist.

Do you offer gift wrapping or packaging?

All jewelry comes in our signature jewelry box or ring box—perfect for gifting as is. If your order includes multiple pieces, we may package them together to minimize waste.

If you'd prefer individual boxes for each item, or have other special packaging requests, please note it under other special instructions when checking out your cart

We’re also happy to include a handwritten note—just let us know what you'd like it to say.

Do you ship nationwide? How much does it cost?

Yes, we ship nationwide and we are currently working on international shipping.

Do you have same day delivery?

Since we are based in Cebu City, we only offer same day delivery within Cebu.

What is your return & exchange policy?

We follow a strict no returns and no exchanges policy. Each piece undergoes thorough quality control inspection before it is shipped, and we do not dispatch any items that are damaged or defective. If you believe your order arrived with an issue, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.

Do you offer warranties?

We do not offer a formal warranty at this time. However, if you have any concerns about your piece, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’ll do our best to assist you on a case-by-case basis.
