Our Bespoke Process

We keep our bespoke process simple, collaborative, and centered around you. Whether you already have a design in mind or need help bringing an idea to life, we’ll guide you through every step of the way.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Consultation
    Contact us here and we'll reach out to you. You can share to us photos, ideas, or inspiration that you’ve seen online — whatever helps us get a clear sense of what you're looking for.

  2. Design Alignment
    Based on your references, we work together to refine the concept. While we don’t create original sketches (yet!), we’ll help suggest adjustments and improvements to make the design work with your desired materials and budget.

  3. Crafting by Plateros
    Once the design is confirmed, our trusted plateros will begin crafting your piece by hand. Their years of experience and careful attention to detail ensure the final result is both stunning and made to last.

  4. Review & Delivery
    When your piece is ready, we’ll send you photos or schedule a viewing. After your approval, it’s carefully packaged and delivered to you — ready to be worn, gifted, or treasured forever.
